When you recruit through us there are 7 options as follows:

Option 1 – Advertising – Monthly

From just £500 per month – Membership fee – you pay to advertise on our site, social media platform and our newsletter.

  • After the advertiser has posted one or more jobs on LifeInsideUk.com, will be polished by LifeInsideUk’s team.
  • The company profile plus all the jobs the advertiser has posted on LifeInsideUk.com will be posted to our monthly newsletter, and to LifeInsideUk’s social media platform with paid ads.

Option 1.1 – Advertising – Annual

From just £5.000 per year – Membership fee – you pay to advertise on our site, social media platform, our newsletter, and LifeInsideUk’s youtube channel.

  • Everything from option 1.
  • A video will be recorded between LifeInsideUk and the Advertiser promoting the open jobs the Advertiser may have, and will be live on LifeInsideUk’s youtube channel during the subscription, recording date and details to be discussed by both parties.

Option 2 – Unlimited Recruitment – Monthly

From just £1.000 per month – this option requires you to sign up with us in advance of the recruitment process.

  • Everything from option 1.1
  • We schedule every month an skype interviews day, we pre screen the candidates with your requirements, advertising on our website, social media platform and our newsletter, starting from 10am to 16pm, one hour lunch break, normally 30 min for each candidate, 8-10 candidates per day per panel.
  • You will receive during the subscription on your email any candidate who submit his CV to LifeInsideUk.com and match your recruitment needs.

Option 2.1 – Unlimited Recruitment – Annual

From just £10.000 per year – this option requires you to sign up with us in advance of the recruitment process.

  • Everything from option 2.
  • Full access to our CV database.

Membership fee – you pay to join the service whether we are successful in finding you staff.

Option 3 – Permanent Recruitment

10% fees based on the first year salary , 30 days payment, with a 3 months rebate period.

Success fees – ie you only pay us if we are successful in finding you a suitable member of staff and you employ them.

Option 4 – SplitFee

Recruiting successful talent for companies is a complete win-win situation for everyone in the process. All members of the recruitment cycle need a piece of the pie to win, and split fee recruitment does exactly that. Split fee recruitment is a revenue sharing model that is used primarily by staffing agencies. These agencies will subcontract work to independent recruiters and pay a commission (split-fee) for bringing in qualified candidate to make a successful placement. Depending on the staffing agency (also known as prime vendors), the split fee commission can vary as low as 70:30 to as high as 50:50 split.

From just £500 we will schedule an skype interviews day, we pre screen the candidates with your requirements, advertising for 30 days prior to the event on our website, social media platform and our newsletter, the skype interviews day will start from 10am to 16pm, one hour lunch break, normally 30 min for each candidate, 8-10 candidates per day per panel.
